This advanced 50-hour training is designed to deepen your personal meditation practice and help you step more confidently into the role of a meditation teacher. It’s ideal for those who already have a foundational practice and are ready to explore more nuanced teachings and practical applications.

Prerequisite: Completion of Level 1 Meditation Training is required.

Upon completion, students will receive:
A 50-hour Level 2 Meditation Teacher Certificate from Kaia Yoga
Yoga Alliance Certification (50-hour Continuing Education credit)

Susan Layden, 500hr E-RYT, RCYT/YACEP, Meditation Certifications
Susan did her yoga training at Kaia Yoga with Gina Norman. She considers Gina her mentor and teacher. She is a 500hr E-RYT and YACEP(continuing education provider with yoga alliance and holds a 100hr certification from Little Flower Yoga, to teach yoga and mindfulness to children. She received her 100hr meditation certification from David Nichtern and Kaia Yoga. She received another 100hr certification to teach from Dharmamoon and USTibet House.

Lexy Tomaino, 500hr E-RYT
Lexy believes the effort you put forward on the mat will transform both body and mind. She completed her 200-hour and 300-hour certifications at Kaia Yoga, additional 200-hour trainings with Jonny Kest and in the Baptiste Yoga style at Down Dog Yoga in Washington DC, as well as a second 300 hour certification through Laughing Lotus/LL Studio. She is a certified meditation teacher through David Nictern, a certified Classical Pilates teacher, and a a lawyer who practices wellness and environmental law.
